By using Sizzle Sequence, you agree to use the game lawfully and in a way that does not interfere with the service or other users.

What the game is

Sizzle Sequence is a casual memory and sequence game provided for entertainment and mental activity. It is not a medical, educational, diagnostic, or therapeutic service, and we do not promise that playing will improve intelligence, memory, health, or school performance.

Availability

We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue features. We work to keep the game available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, immediate support, or that every device/browser will work perfectly.

Fair play

You may play for personal enjoyment. Do not intentionally attack the service, bypass security controls, automate abusive traffic, or interfere with other users. If competitive features or leaderboards are added later, additional fair-play rules may apply.

Badges and local progress

In the current release, badges and some progress are stored on your device. Clearing browser/app data, changing devices, or uninstalling the app can remove locally stored progress unless a future account-sync feature is used.

Intellectual property

Sizzle Sequence branding, original artwork, interface elements, game code, and other original content are owned by or licensed to Loga Solutions unless otherwise stated. These Terms do not transfer ownership of that material.

Limitation

To the extent allowed by applicable law, the game is provided “as is” without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these Terms removes rights that cannot legally be waived.
